When is Free Wills Month?
Free Wills Month takes place in March and October every year, and it will be returning in October 2024.

What is Free Wills Month?
ÂÜÀò°®Å¾Íø supporters who are 55 or over can have a simple will written or updated free of charge by a participating solicitor.
If you choose to write your will through Free Wills Month we hope you'll consider leaving a gift in your will to ÂÜÀò°®Å¾Íø, although there's no obligation to do so.
What areas participate in Free Wills Month?
Free Wills Month takes part in selected locations across England, Scotland and Wales.

How do I take part?

How can I make the most of Free Wills Month?
- Appointments are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis, so we recommend you book with your chosen solicitor as soon as you can.
- Free Wills Month covers the cost of simple wills. If the will is more complex and needs additional work, the solicitor may ask you to pay the balance yourself.

Having an up-to-date will is the best way to ensure your wishes are followed and your loved ones are looked after. You can also leave something special with a gift in your will to your chosen charities.
